Zakaat ke Masaarif



Mas'ala:Apni asal jaise maa, baap, dada, dadi, nana, nani waghairah yani ye jiski aulaad me hai aur apni aulaad jaise beta, beti, pota, poti nawasa, nawasi waghairah ko zakaat aur dusre sadqa wajibah ka maal dena ja'iz nahi.
Zakaat ke masaarif (yani woh jagah jahan par zakat ka maal kharch kiya jaa sakta hai) bayan karte hue Allah Ta’ala ne irshad farmaya:

إِنَّمَا الصَّدَقَاتُ لِلْفُقَرَاءِ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَالْعَامِلِينَ عَلَيْهَا وَالْمُؤَلَّفَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَفِي الرِّقَابِ وَالْغَارِمِينَ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ فَرِيضَةً مِّنَ اللّهِ وَاللّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ

“Zakaat to sirf un logo ke liye hai jo faqeer aur miskin hon,Aur jo usko wasool karne par muqarrar hon,Aur jinke dilo ko islam se ulfat di jaaye (Yani islam ki taraf maa-il karna ho) aur gulamo ki gardan azaad karne me,Aur Allah ke raaste me,Aur Musaafir ko.Ye muqarrar kiya hua hai Allah ki taraf se,Aur Allah ilm-o-hikmat wala hai”.(Surah Tauba,Aayat No:60)
Is aayate karima me zakaat ke 8 musaarif bayan kiya gaya hai.
No 1: Faqeer
No 2: Miskeen
No 3: Aamelin-e-Zakaat (Yani zakaat wasool karne wale)
No 4: Mo’allifatul Quloob (Yani kisi ke dil me islam ki mohabbat daalne ke liye)
No 5: Gulam ki azaadi
No 6: Qarz-daar
No 7: Allah ke Raaste me
No 8: Musaafir
in me se har ek ki tafseel ye hai;
Zakaat ka pahla aur dusra masraf,Faqeer aur Miskeen:Faqeer woh hai jis ke paas kuchh na kuchh maal ho,Aur miskeen woh hai jiske paas kuchh bhi nahi ho. Ye dono tarah ke log zakaat ke haqdaar hain,is liye inko zakaat dene se zakaat ada ho jaaegi.
Tisara Masraf, Zakaat wasool karne wale:Woh log jinko zakaat aur ushr jama karne par muqarrar kiya gaya ho,Un logo ko zakaat ke fund se mazdoori ya salary di jaaegi chaahe woh ameer ho ya gareeb.
Chautha Masraf,Mo’allifatul Quloob: Mo’allifatul Quloob ka matlab hota hai,Kisi ke dil me mohabbat daalna,Islam ke shuru me woh gair muslim jo maali etebaar se kamzor the ya jin se ummid hoti thi ki woh islam qabool kar lega,Use zakaat ke maal me se dena jaaiz tha,Magar ab ye hukm nahi raha.
5Wa Masraf,Gulam azaad karaane me: Pahle zamaane me gulami ka riwaaj tha,Insaan jaanwaro ki tarah bazaar me bikte the,Aur haisiyat wale log kharidte the,Un gulamo ki zindagi bahut hi buri hoti thi,Islam ne un gulamo ki zindagi ko behtar banaane ki koshish ki aur unko azaadi dene ke bahut se tariqe nikaale,Un me se ek tariqa ye bhi tha ki gulam apne maalik ko raqam de aur azaad ho jaaye.Aise gulamo ko azaad karaane ke liye zakaat ki raqam dena jaaiz qaraar diya gaya.
6tha Masraf,Qarz-daar: Yani zakaat ke maal se tang-dast qarzdaaro ka qarz bhi ada kiya jaa sakta hai.
7wa Masraf,Allah ke Raaste me: Is se muraad ye hai ki jo log deen-e-islam ki sarbulandi ke liye koshish karte hain chaahe woh fauji maidaan me ho ya taalimi maidan me ya dawat aur tableeg ke maidaan me,Agar ye log maali madad ke mohtaaj hon to inko zakaat diya jaa sakta hai.
8wa Masraf,Musaafir: Is se muraad ye hai ki jo log safar me hon aur unka rupiya paisa khatam ho jaaye ya lut jaae aur ghar tak pahunchne ke liye un ke paas koi zariya nahi ho,To aise logo ko zakaat ki raqam se madad karna jaaiz hai,Agarche woh musaafir ghar ka ameer aadmi ho.
Mas'ala: Zakaat ki adaaegi ke liye zaruri hai ki upar jo bayan kiya gaya unko zakaat ka maalik bana diya jaae taaki maal-daar ka dena aur Haqdaar ka lena saabit ho jaae.Ise tamleek kahte hain aur zakaat ki adaaegi ke liye ye shart hai.
