Sawal:Kisi bhi chiz par kitna nafaa lena shari’at ke etebaar se jaaiz hai?
Jawab:Shari’at me is ki koi khaas hadd nahi hai ki itna hi nafaa le sakte hain.Is se ziyada nahi.Kharidne aur bechne wale ke aapsi riza mandi se thoda ya ziyada lena jaaiz hai.Jaisa ki hadis sharif me hai ki Hazrat-e-Anas bin Malik radhi allaho anho bayan karte hai ki Ek martaba Huzur Sallallaho alaihe wasallam ke zamaane me chizo ki qimat bahut mehangi ho gayi.To Sahaba ne arz kiya Ya Rasoolallah Sallallaho alaihe wasallam!Qimaten bahut mahengi ho gayi hai to aap hamare liye koi khaas qimat muqarrar farma dijiye.(Yani ye fix kar dijiye ki asal qimat se sirf itna hi ziyadah nafaa liya jaae) To Aap Sallallaho alaihe wasallam ne farmaya ki:Beshak Allah Ta’ala hi qimato ko muqarrar farmaane wala hai.Kabhi woh rok leta hai aur kabhi woh chhor deta hai aur beshak wahi rizq dene wala hai.Aur main ummid karta hun ki main Allah ke darbaar me is haal me jaaonga ki koi shakhs mere khilaaf khoon ya maal ke zulm ka mutaalba karne wala nahi hoga.(Ibn-e-Majah,Hadis No.2200)
Is hadis sharif se maloom hua ki Huzur Sallallaho alaihe wasallam ne nafaa ki koi khaas hadd bayan nahi farmaya is liye do-guna bhi liya jaa sakta hai aur chaar-guna bhi.Aur kam se kam bhi.Lekin ye zaruri hai ki bechne wala jhoot nahi bole Aur dhoka nahi de. Raddul Muhtaar me hai:
لو باع کاغذۃ بالف یجوز ولا یکرہ .
Haan,Kisi ki majburi se faaida utha kar itna ziyadah nafa lena ki use log “Gabn-e-Faahish” samajhte hon, Morawwat ke khilaaf hai.Is se bachna chaahiye.
