Libaas Ke Masaail



Sawal:Auraton ke liye khub achhchha aur behtar qism ka libaas pehnna jaaiz hai ya najaaiz ?
Jawab: Aurat ho ya mard uske liye behtar se behtar aur har qism ke achhchhe libaas pehnna jaaiz hai, basharte ki ghamand aur fakhr ke taur par na pehne, Hazrat Abdullah ibne Abbas Radhi allaho anhuma bayan karte hain ke : Rasoolallah ﷺ ne irshaad farmaya: Tu jo chaahe kha, aur tu jo chaahe pehan, jabh tak ke do baten na ho, israaf (yani fuzul kharchi)aur takabbur(yani ghamand aur fakhr)(Bukhari kitabul libaas,Hadis No.77)
Aur Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar radhi allaho anhuma bayan karte hai ke : Nabi karim ﷺ ne irshaad farmaya ke : Jisne shohrat ka libaas pehna (yani bataur e takabbur ke aala aur umdah libaas pehna) to Allah Ta’ala use Qayamat ke din zillat ka libaas pehnayega (Sunan Abu Dawood hadis No.4029).
Aur Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar radhi allaho anhuma bayan karte hai ke : Nabi karim ﷺ ne irshaad farmaya ke : Jis ke dil me zarrah bara bar bhi takabbur hoga woh jannat me dakhil nahi hoga, Ek shakhs ne arz kiya : Ya Rasoollallah ﷺ, kisi ko yeh pasand hota hai ke uske kapde achhchhe hon aur jute achhchhe hon (Yani kya ye bhi takabbbur hai ?) To Aap ﷺ ne farmaya: Allah jameel yani khubsurat hai aur khubsurti ko pasand farmata hai.Takabbur naam hai haq se munh pherne ka aur logo ko haqeer samajhne ka (Muslim hadees No. 91)
Sawal:Auraton ke liye resham ke kapde pehnna kaisa hai ?
Jawab:Auraton ke liye resham ka kapda pehnna jaaiz hai,Huzur karim alahi hi salato wa tasleem ne irshaad farmaya ke, Resham aur sona meri ummat ke mardon ke liye haraam kiya gaya hai aur auraton ke liye halaal (Tirmizi hadees No.1720)
Sawal:Kuchh auraten mardana libaas pahenti hai jaise paint, shirt ,T-shirt waghairah iska kya hukm hai ?
Jawab:Har woh libaas jis se mardon ki mushabihat ho , auraton ke liye sakht najaaiz o haraam aur gunaah hai Hazrat Abu Hurairah radhiallaho anho bayan karte hain ki : Nabi karim ﷺ ne Un mardon par laanat farmayi jo auraton ke libaas pahante hain aur un auraton par laanat farmayi jo mardon ki tarah libaas pahanti hain.
Sawal:Kuchh auraten bahut patla kapda pahnti hain aur kuch ke kapde to mote hote hain lekin chust itna hota hai ke badan ka utaar charhaao bilkul zaahir hota hai, iske baare me shari’at e Islamiya ka kya hukm hai ?
Jawab: patle aur chust kapde pahnna jis se badan ka utaar charhaao zaahir ho sakht najaiz o gunah aur azab e ilahi ka zariya hai. Hazrat Ayesha siddiqa radhiallaho anha bayan karti hain ki Nabi karim ﷺ ki bargah me Hazrat e Aasma bareek kapde pahne hue aayi to Huzur ﷺ ne apna chehra pher liya aur irshaad farmaya : Aye Aasma ! jab aurat baalig ho jaaye to uske badan ka koi hissa dikhayi nahi dena chahiye siwae munh aur hatheli ke (Abu Dawood No.4010)
Aur chust kapda pahnne wali auraton ke baare me Aap ﷺ ne farmaya ke : woh kapde pahan ke bhi nangi hain, aur aisi auraton ke baare me irshad farmaya ke woh Haq raaste se hati hui hain aur dusron ko bhi Haq raaste se hataane wali hain, aisi auraten jannat me nahi daakhil hongi balke uski khusbu bhi nahi paaengi jab ki jannat ki khusbu 500 saal ki doori tak jaayegi(Muslim hadees No. 2128)(Allah Ta’ala humari beheno ko sahi raasta apnane ki taufiq ata farmaye aur apne azaab se bachae.)
Sawal:Musalman auraton ke liye saari pehnna kaisa hai ?
Jawab: Saari agar is tarh pahni jaaye ki badan ka koi hissa khula na rahe aur be-pardagi nahi ho to fi-nafsehi jaaiz hai.Lekin woh ilaaqe jahan par saari pahnna khaas gair muslim auraton ki nishaani ho wahan musalaman auraton ke liye saari pehenna hargiz jaaiz nahi hai, kyunke Huzur ﷺ ne farmaya :Jo jis qaum se mushabihat ekhtiyaar karti hai woh bhi usi me se hai. lekin woh ilaaqe jahan saari khaas gair muslim auraton ki nishaani nahi hai balke sabhi auraten pehnnti hain aur uski wajah se musalaman aur gair-musalman me farq nahi kiya jaata, un jaghon par saari aur jamphal is tarah se pahnna ki badan ka koi hissa khula na rahe jaiz hai.
