Jawab:Aurato ke liye jama’at ke saath namaz padhne ke liye masjid me aana makrooh-e-tahrimi hai.Chaahe woh farz namaz hoy a Eid ki namaz ho ya Taraweeh ki jama’at ho.Huzur Sallallaho alaihe wasallam ke zamaane me auraten masjid me namaz ke liye aati thi,Woh behtareen zamaana tha,Aap Sallallaho alaihe wasallam khud maujood the,Aur wahi naazil hota tha,Islami ahkaam naazil ho rahe the aur aurato ke liye bhi deen ka ilm aur shari’at ke ahkaam sikhna zaruri tha,Phir ye ki Masjid-e-Nabwi me namaz padhne ka sawab aam masjido se kyi guna ziyadah tha.Lekin us waqt bhi unhe yahi hukm tha ki umda libaas aur zewar pahan kar na aaye,Khushbu laga kar nahi aaye,Namaz khatam hone ke baad fauran mardo se pahle waapas chali jaaen.Aur in paabandiyo ke saath ijaazat ke baad bhi Aap Sallallaho alaihe wasallam yahi chaahte the ki aurate apne gharo me namaz padhe.
Hazrat umme hameed radhi Allaho anha ne Huzur Sallallaho alaihe wasallam ki bargaah me haazir ho kar arz kiya ki Ya Rasoolallah Sallallaho alaihe wasallam! Mujhe Aap ke saath namaz padhne ka shauq hai.Aap Sallallaho alaihe wasallam ne farmaya: Tumhara shauq (Aur deeni jazba) bahut achchha hai,Magar tumhaari namaz andar ke kothi me kamre ki namaz se behtar hai,Aur kamre me namaz padhna ghar ke ehaate ki namaz se behtar hai,Aur ghar ke ehaate ki namaz mahalle ki masjid se behtar hai aur mahalle ki masjid ki namaz meri masjid (Masjid-e-Nabwi) ki namaz se behtar hai.
Iske baad Hazrat Umme Hameed ne Huzur Sallallaho alaihe wasallam ki marzi ke mutaabiq apne kamre ke aakheri kone me jahaan sab se ziyadah andhera rahta tha Masjid (Namaz padhne ki jagah) muqarrar kiya,Wahi par namaz padhti rahi yahan tak ki unka inteqaal ho gaya.
Sahaba-e-kiraam tak ye hadees aur Huzur Sallallaho alaihe wasallam ka farman pahuncha tha aur woh log deen ka mizaaj bhi samajhte the.Is liye jab unho ne zamaane ka fasaad dekha(Jab ki woh zamaana Huzur Sallallaho alaihe wasallam ke zmaane se mila hua tha) To aurato ko masjid me aane se mana farma diya.Hazrat Umar radhi Allaho anho ne aurato ko masjido me aane se mana farmaya.Aur Hazrat Aaisha radhi Allaho anha ne farmaya ki: Aurato ki jo haalat aaj ho gayi hai woh haalat agar Huzur Sallallaho alaihe wasallam ke zamaane me hui hoti to Aap Sallallaho alaihe wasallam aurato ko masjid me aane se mana farma dete.Ye us zamaane ki baat hai ki Huzur Sallallaho alaihe wasallam ko dunya se gaye ziyadah saal bhi nahi guzra tha.Hazrat Aaisha siddiq radhi Allaho anha Huzr Sallallaho alaihe wasallam ke mizaaj ko khoob samajhti thi,Isi liye farmaya ki agar Aap Sallallaho alaihe wasallam ke zamaane me aurato ki aisi haalat hoti to Aap Sallallaho alaihe wasallam aurato ko masjid me aane se mana farma dete.
Is liye abhi ka zamaana jis me fitna,fasaad aur be-hayaai aam hai,Aur mard-o-aurat me deen-daari bahut kam hai,Aurato me faishion aur saj sawar kar baahar nikalne ka riwaaj hai, Aaj ke daur me agar Hazrat Umar radhi Allaho anho Ya Hazrat Aaisha siddiq radhi Allaho anha maujood hoti to aurato ke baare me kya fatwa deti? Hanfi ulma inhi sab riwayato ki wajah se aurato ko masjid ya Eid-gaah aane se mana karte hain.Is liye aurato ko masjid me aa kar jama’at ke saath namaz padhne ki hargiz ijaazat nahi hai,Agarche parde ke saath aaye.Waise bhi aurato par Eid ya Juma ki namaz wajib bhi nahi hai.Jaisa ki Hadees sharif me hai:Huzur Sallallaho alaihe wasallam ne farmaya: Juma ki namaz jama’at se ada karna har musalman par farz hai siwaaye 4 logo ke,Gulam,Aurat,Na-balig bachcha aur bimar.[Abu Dawood,Hadees No.1067]
