Hambistari Ke Masaail-o-Aadaab



Mard aur aurat ke andar jo shahwat ki taaqat hai,Uska sahi istemaal aur insaani nasal ki baqa aur taraqqi ke liye,Allah Ta’ala ne nikah ke baad hambistari ko jaaiz qaraar diya aur Huzur Sallallaho alaihe wasallam ne uske masaail aur adaab sikhaaya hai.Jis ke bade faaide hain,Is liye Us me se kuchh yahan par likhe jaate hain.
(1)Hambistari se pahle Dua padhna: Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas radhi Allaho anho se riwayat hai ki:Huzur Nabi kareem Sallallaho alaihe wasallam ne farmaya: Agar tum me se koi apni biwi se suhbat kare aur us se pahle ye dua padh le.“Bismillah, Allahumma Jannibna-sh-Shaitan, Wa Jannibi-sh-Shaitana ma Razaqtana” To us suhbat se jo bachcha paida hoga use shaitan nuqsaan nahi pahunchaayega.[Sahih Bukhari,Hadees No.141]
(2) Parde Ka Ehtemam Karna: Mukammal kapda hataana agarche jaaiz hai magar behtar tariqa yahi hai ki sirf zarurat bhar hi kapda haataye,Ya upar se chaadar wagairah daal len bilkul khula na rahe.Hazrat atba radhi allaho anho riwayat karte hain:Huzur Sallallaho alaihe wasallam ne farmaya ki:Jab tum me se koi apni biwi ke saath hambistari kare to parda kare aur bilkul gadhon ki tarah nanga nah o jaaye.[Ibne Majah,Hadees No.1921]
Pichhe ke maqaam me jima karna sakht najaaiz-o-haraam hai: Hazrat Abu huraira radhi Allaho anho bayan karte hain ki Huzur Nabi kareem sallallaho alaihe wasallam ne farmaya ki:Beshak Allah Ta’ala us shakhs ki taraf rahmat ki nazar nahi fermata jo apni aurato ke pichhe ke maqaam me jima karte hain.[Ibne Majah,Hadees No.1923]
Hazrat khuzaima bin saabit se riwayat hai ki:Huzur Sallallaho alaihe wasallam ne 3 martabah ye farmaya ki:Beshak Allah Haq baat kahne se haya nahi farmata,Tum aurato ke pichhe ke maqaam me jima nahi karo.[Ibne Majah,Hadees No.1924]
Haan! Agar koi pichhe ki taraf se aage ke maqaam me jima karta hai to aisa kar sakta hai.Hazrat jaabir bin Abdullah radhi Allaho anho bayan karte hain ki:Yahudi ye kaha karte the ki pichhe ki taraf se aage ke maqaam me apni biwi ke saath jima karne se bachcha bhenga (Yani ek taraf dekhne wala) paida hota hai.To Allah Ta’ala ne un logo ke rad me ye aayat-e-karima nazil farmaya ki “Tumhari auraten tumhari khetiyan hai,to tum apni kheti me jis tarah chaaho aao.(Surah baqra,Aayat No:223) yani jo kheti ki jagah hai us me kisi bhi tarah aana jaaiz hai,Lekin jo kheti ki jagah hi nahi hai us me aana sakht najaaiz-o-gunaah hai.[Ibne Majah,Hadees No.1925]
Aurat ki ijaazat se Azal yani mani baahar giraana durust hai: Hazrat Umar radhi Allaho anho ne farmaya ki Rasoolallah Sallallaho alaihe wasallam ne azaad aurato se azal karne ko mana farmaya magar uski ijaazat se.[Ibne Majah,Hadees No.1928]
Halat-e-Haiz me Jima karna najaaiz-o-Haram hai: Allah Ta’ala ka farman hai “ Aur log aap se haiz ke baare me puchhte hain,Aap kah dijiye ki woh gandagi hai,To haiz ki haalat me tum us se alag raho (uske saath jima na karo)Yahan tak ki woh khoob paak ho jaayen,Phir jab paak ho jaayen to tum us jagah se aao jahan se Allah ne tumhe hukm diya hai.Beshak Allah tauba karne walao aur paak saaf rahne walo ko pasand farmata hai”.(Surah Baqra,Aayat No.222) Aur yahi hukm nifaas (bachcha paida hone ke baad jo khoon aata hai ) ka bhi hai.Kyunki jis gandagi ki wajah se haiz ki haalat me jima karna haraam hai wahi gandagi nifaas me bhi hai.Is liye nifaas ki haalat me bhi jima karna haraam hai.

Sone,Baithne aur chalne ke Masaail-o-Adaab Dusre ke ghar me daakhil hone ke Masaail-o-Adaab Salam karne ke Masaail Musaafha karne,gale milne aur bosa lene ke Masaail Maa baap ya kisi buzurg ka haath pair chumne aur unki taazim ke liye khade hone ka Mas'ala Mannat ke Ahkaam-o-Masaail Qasam ke Ahkam-o-Masaail Gibat,Chugli,Hasad aur jalan ke Ahkaam
